At Ever Home Trading LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you are buying for a home in Dubai or a commercial project in Abu Dhabi, we strive to deliver quality.

However, because we offer specialized custom manufacturing, certain return conditions apply. Please read the policy below carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following criteria:

A. Ready-Made Products (Eligible for Return)

  • Items such as Mattress Toppers, Ready Duvets, Pillows, Cushions, and standard-size bedding.
  • Condition: Must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Hygiene Rule: Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on pillows, duvets, or mattress protectors if the vacuum seal/packaging has been opened.

B. Flooring & Wallpapers (Eligible for Return)

  • Flooring: Returns are accepted for unopened, full boxes of Wooden, Vinyl, or Carpet tiles. We cannot accept loose planks or partial boxes.
  • Wallpapers: Returns accepted for unopened rolls only.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Custom Orders)

Please note that Customized and Made-to-Measure items are NOT eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. This applies to:

  • Custom Bedding: Flat Sheet Sets, Fitted Sheet Sets, and Duvet Covers made to specific non-standard sizes.
  • Window Treatments: Curtains, Blinds, and Shades cut and sewn to your window measurements.
  • Cut-to-Length Flooring: Carpet or Linoleum rolls cut specifically for your room dimensions.

Reason: These items are manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be resold.


3. How to Initiate a Return

Option 1: Return to Store (Free) You can return eligible items directly to our showrooms in Abu Dhabi for immediate processing:

  1. Main Branch: Zayani Textile Market, 35 Hamdan Bin Mohammed St.
  2. Khalidiyah Branch: Sector W4, Al Khalidiyah.

Option 2: Arrange a Pickup (UAE Wide) If you are located in Dubai, Sharjah, or other emirates, contact our customer support to arrange a courier pickup.

  • Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days (depending on your bank).
  • Exchanges: Need a different color or size? We are happy to exchange eligible items. Additional shipping fees may apply for the new delivery.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., stitching issue on a Duvet Cover ), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Resolution: We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.This is a sample page.
