  • Pricing & Typographical Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product.

3. Products, Pricing, and Modifications

  • All prices listed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of 5% VAT.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

4. Orders, Account Security, and Payment Terms

  • Order Cut-Off: 2:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time). Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

  • Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments via trusted third-party payment gateways.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Store Pickup

  • We ship across all emirates in the United Arab Emirates.

  • Delivery Timelines: Total estimated delivery time is 2 to 6 business days (0–1 day handling time and 2–5 days transit time, operating Monday through Sunday).

  • Shipping Charges: Free standard delivery on orders of AED 200 or more. A flat fee of AED 20 applies for orders below AED 200.

  • Store Pickup: Available at our Abu Dhabi showrooms (Al Dana & Al Khalidiyah).

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy

  • Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened/used hygiene-sensitive products (pillows, duvets, mattress protectors) and custom-tailored goods.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. No restocking fees.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

7. Prohibited Uses & Intellectual Property

8. Governing Law
